This website does not set cookies. Browsing it stores nothing on your device, no cookies, no local storage, no session storage, no fingerprinting. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything: there is nothing to accept.
The exceptions, in full
- Studio staff signing in. If someone logs into the site’s administration area, WordPress sets session cookies so it knows who they are. These are strictly necessary for a service the user explicitly asked for, and never reach visitors.
- Watching a trailer. Game pages show a still image for each trailer and load no video player at all until you click. When you do, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s reduced-tracking domain, which avoids cookies for advertising but may still store what it needs to play the video. Clicking is the choice; nothing loads on your behalf.
What we load from other companies
One thing, and only on game pages: the thumbnail image for each trailer comes from YouTube’s servers, which means Google can see your network address when the page loads. It does not set a cookie. Everything else on our pages, images, fonts, styles, scripts, is served from our own site.
Links to Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Humble and YouTube are ordinary links. They contact nobody until you click them, and then you are on that company’s site under its rules.
Analytics
There is currently no analytics on this site. Nothing counts your visit, and we have no dashboard of your behaviour. If we add analytics in future, this page will say so before it happens, name the tool, and where the law requires consent, as it would for Google Analytics, ask you first rather than assume.
Managing cookies yourself
Since we set none, there is nothing here to switch off. If you want to control cookies from sites in general, every browser lets you block or delete them in its privacy settings and blocking everything will not break this site.
